Witch were appointed by Watsons East Anglia's leading property professionals to create a campaign celebrating their 125th anniversary. It was an opportunity to create a campaign celebrate the heritage of a company that has been the heart of local life.
For this campaign, used over digital and print we emphasised the experiences of the local communities over the past 125 years, which Watsons shared alongside them. The idea was to reflect a sense of home, using a photo frame we implemented a sense of nostalgia with photos of the events over the past 125 years within a photo frame, emotionally connecting with the memories and passions of the local people within each branch town.
How the campaign was designed it allowed for a regional message whilst allowing customisation for each branch within the Watsons network. The campaign led to a rise in brand awareness and engagement leading to an increase in property enquiries.
